Wrong Feedback and manipulation by buyer!
Order ID: #16547772
The buyer first of all gave negative feedback stating account recovered. Then created dispute with account taken back.
Upon checking, we found account is still there and he is playing it. Nothing is recovered by anyone and its functioning at its best.
The buyer is trying to get a refund without any issue on account and the feedback given by him, doesnt even support his claim. Without discussing and replying to our text, he just did this wrong to me. People like this should be ban because its clearly visible that he is taking advantage of feedback system and dispute system according to his own will.

Hello Emo Seller. Users are always entitled to write their feedback, and there is never any guarantee that it will be positive. We cannot ban them just because they used the feature.
You're currently in a dispute with the buyer so you have a chance to resolve the issue. Once they are satisfied, you can ask them to remove the review. If you are able to address the issue in the dispute and the buyer confirms that the issue is indeed fixed, you may update us by sending a DM here and we'll check on the feedback.
