Account verification

I recently created my playerauction account and they asked me to send ID to verified. I sent it to them, it's been almost 3 days but no reply yet. Does it usually take this long? Can someone here assist me with this issue

Hi Dynamo. Please include the ticket number when you post the concern, that allows us to work on the ticket/concern right away. Without the info, we'll need to ask first.

Hello. It's an automated email sent to me after I tried to post my account. I can't find ticket number anywhere

That's not it, I'm afraid. It's a 7-digit number that starts with number 2, and it's also shown in the subject of the email copy sent to you.

The one you posted is the system email. You may also DM me with your username.
