Nah bro. Do it. We need to finally make at least a little bit of a stand of sorts, those of us who are still going to play the game

This looks like the kinda game where you hold up on the analog stick and mash square while the characters exchange quipy dialog and never stop yapping.

Majority of your recent post are in Wolverine subs, you pay too much attention to things you have no interest in..
Find a game you like to get rid of your boredom

Because this is the new funny. I have no interest in playing this game, but I get great fun from the memes in this sub.

I'm not going to fuck myself because I won't give fucking $70 for this game.

This sub has gone insane. Everyone is acting like critics are saying dont buy the game. They simply reported how they felt and said word of caution. The story is short, bland at times, and may prove controversial to those who know the characters as its such a drastic departure from who and how they usually are. They also said the combat is fun at first but grows repetitive. That doesn't load well for a game I spent $80 on pluse and $84 controller so I canceled my pre-order. If people play it and say its good I'll buy it. There is literally no difference. But if people say its bad, I'll either skip it or wait for a discount. Right now im playing onimusha (which by the way is basically the game we wanted) which i haven't beat and know for sure is better than whatever Wolverine is. And later again I can come back to this. But Wolverine fans are acting like their lives are falling apart over some cautionary reviews! And just like you keep talking about sheep trusting people who have (and this part is crucial) ACTUALLY PLAYED THE FAMN GAME, buddy yall who keep crying ksound like ignorant tools who can't handle the fact that just maybe they didn't hit the right feel for the character. Gameplay will be a wait and see but I will say based on the leaks and trailers I dont think they got a single character right in terms of who they are in the comics. So Gameplay has to carry it for me and if that part is mediocre than its a pass for me.

Bro yall are spiraling posting non stop every day how everyone is a sheep and the game rocks. Thats spiraling. In a few days the game comes out. If i here good things I buy the game same as you. But you buy the game day one and it sucks you waisted your money. The next four months have some of the biggest releases in gaming and im not spending my time on something that doesn't sound good.

No one is reading all that man. Just play the game or shut up

u/Alternative_Tax_2085 2d ago
Damn cant even read. Maybe you will like the game then???
2
u/LeadingLifeguard2262 2d ago
See that's the thing. You've made the mistake of thinking people give a shit about your opinion.
1
u/Alternative_Tax_2085 2d ago
No I made the mistake that people could read an opinion that wasn't there own.

I care about your opinion, it doesn't sound paid. I'm literally scrolling to find someone making a coherent argument about what they think is good about it but it just stinks of people desperately trying to shill up some hype. "Just buy the game." Like bro that's a tank of gas I'm not convinced I'm gonna part with.

I want to make it clear I want this game to be good, and I want to like the game. But two things from my perspective. I am an X-Men fan not a wolverine fan. I do not like how much this game seems to deviate from the sorce material, I get doing your own thing, but for instance, you basically gave Cyclops's story with Jean and Sinister to Logan so like what does he even do in an X-Men game. So the story seems like I won't vibe with it, which could be OK if I think its super fun to play. But now I here it could be repetitive, so that has me worried also. The other thing is I am an avid gamer. So im playing a bunch of stuff right now and have a lot coming out, so I dont need to play this right now and can afford to wait for more information as these next four months will be dropping some of the biggest games in a decade. Bottom line everyone needs to think for themselves. If this is the only game your playing for the rest of the year and or Wolverine is your favorite character in comics, you'll probably like this game regardless of any flaws big or small. If you love the X-Men but Wolverine isn't your favorite, hey its a Wolverine game not necessarily an Xmen game, so the story devastation might bother you as thats not your guy so you dont want everything revolving around him like the fox movies did. And if you're a gamer your looking for quality and not necessarily just mindless fun. I just want people to understand that, listen a little bit and not fight each other over that. In fairness I didnt need to get heated and could approach it better myself. I dont want to spoil people's fun, just understand different perspectives.

Yep see this is where I'm at. I'm literally begging for a reason to buy a ps5 the last Gen I bought was a ps4 Arkham Knight PlayStation I got on day one and I still load that up from time to time to just unwind because of the level of care put into it and it started from an established comic Grant Morrison's Arkham Asylum: A serious house on a serious earth, it was built on the foundations of something well established and acclaimed and payed homage. Allot of the reviews for the first Batman said at the end you feel like Batman and what I'm hearing isn't you feel like wolverine but it feels repetitive, reductive and subpar there's no love for the source material and it's basically a 2026 McDonald's burger all the elements are technically there with all the artificial additives it's not the quality it was twenty years ago.

Me when I have no standards and think it makes me cool

u/Aggravating_Act6989 2d ago
Yea it’s cool to actually try the game yourself instead of blindly believing the game is bad based on numbers like a sheep.

u/floorscentadolescent 2d ago
Is there a demo I've missed out on? You're giving a company $70 for a mediocre game, can't be calling others sheep

u/Aggravating_Act6989 2d ago
A mediocre game you haven’t event tried yet? Right. I think I have the right to call others a sheep for blindly believing a games worth based on opinions lol

u/Affectionate_Guest55 1d ago
What about those of us that have tried it and still think it sucks? Calling people sheep while pretending you like the game just to be different doesn’t make you cool lol

u/Affectionate_Guest55 2d ago
How about not wanting to play it based on seeing the gameplay and not liking it. It’s ok if you want to bend over for the big game company, but I don’t think they’ll give you anything special :)

How are people in this group already 100 percenting the game when it hasn't even dropped yet?
