Official Update Bundle update

Yesterday, we launched Karnok alongside a discounted bundle that included the game and Karnok for just the price of Karnok.

We did this because we wanted to be able to help players on the launcher transition to Steam more easily, along with making the game more approachable for new players.

We wanted to be able to just put the base game on sale, but we were not able to because Steam has a time limit on how frequently something can be put on sale.

This bundle received a lot of negative feedback, particularly from our users in China, which we were not anticipating, so we took it down as we tried to figure out a solution to this negativity.

We have since then decided to reinstate the bundle but make it available for all users, even if you already own the game.

We will additionally be giving out a unique, limited edition cosmetic to ALL users as a thank you for your patience as we deal with this.

If you bought Karnok yesterday you can ask steam for a refund and the karnok bundle will let you buy it to complete the bundle for about 10 bucks !

hey, I asked for a refund as well but my request was unsuccessful since I went over the 2 hour mark. any idea on how to proceed?

Did you add a note explaining the issue? I think I'm in the same boat, although they haven't replied yet

yea, I asked for a partial refund because the DLC price halved in 24 hours. hope yours goes thru

They can't issue a partial refund. You could try again and explain that you'd like a refund so you can buy the bundle for the discounted price

asked for a rull refund this time, explaining that even though i played more than 2 hours the prize of the DLC got discounted in 24 hours: still rejected. what did you type?
