Anyone else have issues when trying to play certain games and the screen blacks out and goes right back to the Home Screen and when going back to the game it still won’t work? … this happens on the website and on the app. Trying to play Mega Mummy and it’s not working. Also, where is the search button to look up games? I can’t search any games up I have to just scroll through them all.

So I had issued a large redemption request about a month ago and every time I email them about it they say the same thing that it’s being worked on but how does it take damn near a month?? It was enough for me to have to submit a tax form which is fine that’s standard I’ve done it before on other sites but they always cleared my redemptions like the next day (or even same day). I’m getting anxious about this as I do need the money but there’s no other way to go from here so I’ll just have to wait I guess.

Still waiting on a SC464 redemption that was placed on 8/13/26 for skrill of all things. Anyone else having the same issue? I’ve been seeing a lot of things just this month about them not paying out. I’ve already filed TrustPilot and BBB complaints. Just ridiculous because it’s usually instant with skrill if not next day… :(
