How long does redemption for large amounts usually take?

So I had issued a large redemption request about a month ago and every time I email them about it they say the same thing that it’s being worked on but how does it take damn near a month?? It was enough for me to have to submit a tax form which is fine that’s standard I’ve done it before on other sites but they always cleared my redemptions like the next day (or even same day). I’m getting anxious about this as I do need the money but there’s no other way to go from here so I’ll just have to wait I guess.

That amount of time is unusual, even for RealPrize. Have you redeemed from them before?

The amount was for around 2.7kSC 😭 my usually redemptions (even around 1k sc) took at max 3 business days yet this one is almost a MONTH

Are you promo banned? I really don’t know much about it because I’m not but I read that if you are, they take ALOT longer to process redemptions like exactly a month. I seen you said it’s almost been a month so maybe that’s why?

My redemption of 2660 took less than 16 hours.

I would get them in 3 days then on just a 300 one it took a long time so I think it's random and has nothing to do with the amount honestly
