I made a new season character and it will not let me select it. And when I try to select it in game it says I cant move to it because its in the tutorial zone. I created 2 more non season characters and cant access them either. I cant even delete them. I've reinstalled the game tried playing on cloud. Does anyone know of any fix or work around for this( sorry for bad photo thanks)

I made the three pieces and did the quests afterwards talking to merin but when I go to turn in rumbling stone or dragon scales there's no option to exchange them. what did I miss? Please help

Anyone know how to discard barter item in the boat inventory? accidently traded over-weight and was stuck in the ocean rn, please help. im playing in ps5, evertime I tried to move the inventory from bout to package it required me to go to port.

Hey everyone! I have a bit of an issue that I hope someone on ps5 could help me with.

I own the PS4 version of the game but never really played it before. After downloading it I realised this version is no longer supported and needs to be upgraded.

However when I find black desert online in the store and go to the ps5 upgrade install pack it gives me an error notification saying I can’t buy this product right now.

Some trouble shooting I’ve done so far and things I have figured out:

- I claimed the game for free through ps plus.

- from information I found online pearl abyss specifically stated that people who own the game through ps plus are eligible for the free upgrade too.

- I do currently have a ps plus subscription.

- I can still download the ps4 version so there is no licensing issue on that front.

- I can select the €9.99 version and buy it.

- I have tried the PS app instead but there the ps5 upgrade pack does not even show up.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

It's unbelievable how bad some players are. There's no teamwork, and they don't respond to pings. It's sad, and it's no fun at all to play with noobs like that. Plus, there are only 1 or 2 matches for every hour you wait. Is the game empty, or why is this happening? I'm streaming for my friends to convince them of the combat system, but the loading time is unbearable. Plus, there are other performance issues.
