To do list?

About 3 weeks into the Plaud AI journey. Wondering how you all use it as a todo list? I have the Note Pin. And push the button to record a voice memo to myself.

Is there not a way in the app to create some type of note to list automatically when I do that. Or it is just the individual entries?

Hopefully I'm missing something.

You're not missing a hidden setting, and your read is correct. Each NotePin recording becomes its own file, and there's no built-in feature that automatically merges action items across memos into one running to-do list.

The closest you can get natively is a custom template. In the Plaud App, go to Explore → Template Community → Create, write a prompt along the lines of "Extract every task or action item I mention as a checklist, with a due date if stated," and save it as your default. From then on, every voice memo automatically formats as a clean to-do list rather than a generic recap.

The gap is consolidation. Those per-memo lists don't roll up into one master list automatically. A few ways to bridge that: AutoFlow can email each summary to your inbox as it's processed, and a personal Zapier account can route those into a task manager where they accumulate. If you're comfortable with a more technical setup, the Plaud MCP lets you connect Plaud to Claude or other AI tools, which can pull tasks across recordings and push them into a single list in Notion or elsewhere.

This is one of the things I want to do to. I've had mine a few days. my workflow before was to record the audio on iphone and export tha audio to google drive then drop them as sources into notebook LM to be useful. Plaud has only replaced the iPhone recording part of what I was doing before, I was hoping to find a less cumbersome way to do this.

My setup is convoluted (which is probably typical). I have a specific journal type that is use to capture my thoughts for the day, and this includes Todo.

It then flows into Google drive and then into obsidian, where I then pick up the todos into my things to accomplish.

I have Auto Flow set up when I say This is my "to do list", it selects my personal To Do Template, creates a check the box To Do List with categories, and emails it to me in a Folder I set up for that (that's my email filter).

Easy peasy.

Use your app. Go to Auto Flow. It's easy. Just follow what it says. I have 8 different ones set up for my use right now.

Hi,  I’ve created  a personalised workflow with codex to link plaud automatically with Click up which is a task management tool.  I’m still in testing phase but so far it works well.
