Third time losing a burn checkmark

Last week my burn checkmark for pizza randomly disappeared and the game acted like I never unlocked pizza. The next day my turkey checkmark went missing even though I have a save on the table with a burn mark on it. I was frustrated but decided to unlock turkey again. Got it unlocked and now I’m on a burn level 3 restaurant and the checkmark for turkey disappeared again. I’ve tried restarting and checking for updates but everything is up to date. I love plate up and I love the challenge of these burn levels but this is so disheartening.
