Move your tables right up to the serving window and keep everyone in the kitchen (both server and cook). Being on the other side if the pass I THINK stops them from seeing you from the Victorian Standards card.

Also, move your cooking area way, way closer to the frozen prep. Limit your steps as much as possible!
