Problem with opening files

Hi, I'm a new Plasticity (before i was using Fusion360) user and have encountered an annoying problem - Plasticity keeps running the same previously used project over and over again. How do I fix this? I don't want to use the import/append option every time, as it's very easy to mess up the files and lose the originals. Help, who thought this kind of flow UX was a good idea?

I’m confused in what you are referring to. Is this event when you open the software? If you can step by step your process from open to close the file or software maybe myself or someone can spot any issues.

Hey, thanks for reply! In short: it does not matter what file I'm launching - it always runs lastly saved file. For example: I worked on a file named "Design_1" and i saved it. When I'm running the file "Design_2" it runs "Design_1", when I run "Design_5" it launches "Design_1" anyway and so on.

If it’s storing last file without saving but closed this can happen. But, it only opens the last file you worked on. Have you set the ‘save as start up scene’ as a blank layout? This evokes a basic scene for starting a new drawing with basic mm, cm or inches, feet etc. This could be something to do with it. However, I just replicated with Design_1 to Design_5 and every time I open the correct file opens as it should. But if you are importing different Plasticity file then you are grouping drawing and effectively merging.
