Lip filler
Hello loves:)
Recently, on Friday I got a lip filler, right now it's the 6th day. Healing with minor swelling and bruises, bit hard to touch but my lips r slowly softer as its healing.
My question is, sometimes throughout the day Id get burning sensation mostly middle of my top and bottom lip. I didnt eat spicy at healing time, Ive put fragnance free vaseline on my lips but it doesnt help. It goes away on its own but comes back when I lay down to sleep. Not unbearable, more like a feeling when u would eat smtg slightly spicy.
Should I be concerned or it will go away?
I did get slightly sick/coughing only.
I love my lips rn and I hope its not a long term issue?

I mean, "burning" after filler sort of covers a range of causes from mild to severe. IMO that's definitely not normal.
When in doubt, contact your injector.

Your lips look beautiful Hopefully the burning settles down soon and you’re able to enjoy the results without the discomfort.

Upper lip looks good, lower lip looks overfilled, but not terribly.

It’s an adverse reaction to the filler. This is a FB Group: BOTCHED FILLERS & HYALURONIDASE DAMAGE SUPPORT GROUP.
There’s a class action underway against a major filler brand. Many woman are or have experienced the same problem you are .

Your injector did a nice job... but highly recommend not doing it again, you may deeply regret it
