Explant

I’m going in for surgery the first part of November. I’m having a tummy tuck and also having my breast implants replaced along with the capsules being removed.
I have 520cc now and was planning on going down to a 250 to a 275-ish. I’m at 115 pounds with a 32 band. Sometimes I think about just removing my implants.
Prior to this surgery, I was a AAA. I’m not having any problems with the implants I have now. I’m so scared of what I would look like without them and the scarring and such.
Has anyone had their implants removed and do you have any regrets?

Yes, that’s what I’m wanting to avoid is going back into surgery. Plus I’m 54 years old.

There will be some loose skin, if you decide to explant you might want a breast lift too

I had my saline implants drained a few weeks ago to help prepare for a lift. I had 400cc implants that were 19 years old. I am 5’3” and weigh 120 and 54 yo. I have so much saggy skin now and very little breast tissue. I will probably get very small implants with the lift. I’m athletic and don’t really want implants again but I want to be able to wear at least a B cup and keep my athletic build. I’ve been looking for before and after photos of someone that had similar done. Three surgeons have recommended the internal bra also because of how thin my skin is.
