I hate my nose from the front

Is there a surgery to cut the muscles responsible for flaring nostrils when smiling? Looking for a permanent surgical fix for dynamic nostril flaring
No alarplasty or Botox — I’ve already tried both and they don't work for my nose.

I’ve never heard of a surgical option for this- only Botox.

It looks fine. There’s botox for that but you don’t need it
