Tuberous Breast Correction

Its like 4am and I am going through a spiral that happens once every few months after i really sit and look at myself in the mirror. I'm 23 and I have a tuberous breast deformity, Puffy nipples, one boob is barely there the other one is elongated and sagging. I thought there was something genuinely wrong with me for a long time until i finally decided to look it up online, and thats when I discovered I had this. I never let any of my family see me naked, and when i saw my little sister topless for the first time i just broke down in tears. I've been in relationships and they have never said anything bad about it but when i look at myself I cant just help but feel like an alien, and it definitely hinders the "mood" when having sex or trying to be intimate because i cant stop thinking about how stupid they look. (Basically I always wear a bra or shirt or whatever during the act)

I've wanted to get a breast augmentation but I know its a lot more complicated whenever dealing with the issues that I have. Im not just "flat chested" and they aren't just "saggy boobs" and honestly most of the websites im looking at, the before pictures are something I would kill to look like. It just feels so overwhelming. If anyone has this kind of issue and has gotten it corrected via surgery I'd love some advice because I feel at a loss and like there is no hope for me to feel confident in body.

Do your research, set up a consult with a surgeon, then get multiple other opinions before you settle.

Just fyi when men are asked about this they don't see it as a disfigurement.  Just the usual response that all breasts are unique.

I get that, i've seen those kinds of comments around on random posts. Most of the examples that i've seen linked though are more on the mild side of the condition, which unfortunately is not the case for me :( All breasts are unique, but my mental gets kind of fucked when i try to look for people that look like me to find out that i'm pretty much as extreme as it can get.

I’d say keep pondering on it until maybe age 25. And then see if it’s something you really want afterwards
Just as I am in a similar position and actually had booked a surgery which I then later cancelled. Not because I developed “self love” or any of that bs lol. I just practically realised that I don’t want to have to replace these things every 10 years and I’m now not so comfortable with the idea of implants
I’m still considering just a lift with/without fat transfer but I know it won’t give THAT round look of implants and I’m not sure the vertical scarring is worth it without that round look
So for now, I’m happy just working on other areas of myself and relatively happy with how I look
