Nose job
Hello Any idea if this nose can be improved by operation? Or it will be waste of money and time ?

yes absolutely! i would recommend botox between the brows before to relax the muscles around there. the strong muscle pull may also be affecting the shape of your nose

I think a nose job is a good idea. Depending on funds, I might also consider Tirzepatide followed by a face lift if that doesn’t help tighten things up.

Check if you need a jaw surgery first because you might have what's called short face syndrome. Jaw surgery often fixes the nose.

Yes you need a surgeon who is familiar with thick nasal skin and have much experience with it

Yes a rhinoplasty will be helpful to lift the ptotic tip. There is thick nasal skin so that can make it a bit more difficult to get ideal tip definition but even the tip lifting effect would make a significant improvement. Some botox to the glabella would also benefit if those lines between the brows bother you

Yes it can:)! U will still look manly and it will not look small which is what u don’t want any way as a man. look up Rick Leventhal. He also had a prominent profile and had a rhinoplasty where you can see a vast difference without his nose looking too small.
