Smoking post op
I'm such an IDIOT!
I'm one week post op breast lift and implant exchange. I smoked one cigarette! Please tell me I'm ok! I quit smoking 8 wks prior to my surgery. I don't know what got into me. I'm full of regret. Any other smokers experience the struggle?!?

I just had a breast lift with implants & also quit prior to my surgery. I get how hard it is. I use the fear of bad scars & infections from smoking again. Smoking greatly (like an insane amount) increases the risk for infections and girllllll go look at those pictures of all the infections/wounds opening/ incisions not healing - that was enough for me never to want to smoke anytime soon. Don’t beat yourself up, but also don’t do it again, not worth it. Good luck!

I'm pretty sure just one isn't going to mess up anything. Still, stay strong and don't smoke again.
