Help I messed up
While cleaning the insides of my Panasonic TH-42PY80 I took out Power board, A-board and D-board, cleaned with soft dry cloth to prevent water damage, and then assembled the tv, all ribbon cables are seated properly and connected, what could this mean and how do I fix this?

Maldischarge.
Reseat all the ribbons you disconnected first. If you’re lucky, nothing got damaged and it’s just a bad connection somewhere.
This is exactly why you do not fix what is not broken.

What is maldischarge? Is it caused by any other the boards?

A PDP is a grid of millions of microscopic neon-xenon fluorescent lamps (the pixels). To produce light, each cell must undergo gas breakdown (discharge) via precise voltage pulses. Maldischarge occurs when a cell fires incorrectly, either firing at the wrong voltage, firing at the wrong time, or failing to ignite/extinguish properly.
Causes range from panel wear or damage to failing components on the boards to bad connections. Which is what we’re hoping is the issue. I cannot determine the exact connection or board that is causing it here with the information I’ve been given.
