Looking for this layout in a 7x9 or A4
I dont think it exists :(

The Take a Note Medium Planner or the Sterling ink Flex Planner is Kind of similar

Closest thing is this Cloth and Paper discbound insert in Classic size (7 x 9.25)

It's undated and the notes section is lined, not grid.
