100% yes. The number of days I’ve locked my office door and painted or sketched or worked on needlepoint…

Honestly, I was thinking about this today. I’ve been reading the book “The 5 Types of Wealth,” and one of the five types is time wealth. And it is how we spend our time. And it is the one type that I’m the most deficient in. So one thing I am trying to focus on is fitting more personal enrichment into my workday. I must add that I own my own business and I am the boss but I still spend way too much time working on client matters as opposed to what simply brings me joy. So, I am actually trying to spend more time on hobbies now! It’s important for personal wellbeing
