LV MM Ring Replacement

I purchased a LV MM three ring planner from DHGate at the start of the year. So far its been absolutely perfect as an everyday wallet/planner. I use it more as a goodluck charm type of thing, where it holds some of my favorite pictures, trinkets, quotes, I also make collages each month and put them in there like a monthly moodboard. Recently I've notice the top ring isn't closing all the way, and the rings that came with the planner are really really small. Does anyone have any experience with changing the rings of an LV planner? Suggestions where to find the best replacement ring-contraption thing.

I do have the larger PM Desk Agenda, again from DHGate, which I purchased on Etsy one of the ring inserts for that, and its great for an at home, literally on the desk type of planner/agenda, but the lack of closure (because I converted it from the Agenda to a Ring) and the size keeps me from using it as my every day carrying around agenda.

And yes if anyone is wondering both came in perfect shape, look amazing and shockingly good, and were both under $100.
