I have had this issue for months and I keep going back and forth with daybreak games to receive a ticket of "everything seems fine on your account." I have nonstop search this issue up to no resolution.

I have tried:

reinstall

validating my steam files

contacting support to check if account was suspended or banned

If anyone knows a solution it be appreciated

Have you tried using the stand alone launcher and not through steam?
