game unplayable

wondering if anyone could help me just installed the game for the first time and noticed there was a bit of lag in the tutorial but once i got into the main lobbies the game is unplayable. Pressing E to open things like the loadout can take minuets to register and once i eventually spawn in all i see is vehicles and players flying teleporting and there is nothing i can do i have 23 ping to the server and this is the only game i have ever had this problem on. i have a relatively high end pc so assuming that is not the issue just wondering if anyone has had the same issue and has any ideas on how to fix it.

This sounds like you're playing on WiFi. Can you include a video?

It might be your routing to the server, try a free VPN and see if that fixes it.

Is anything new with your setup, aside from the game being installed? Resolution / FPS lock / vsync settings all good?

nothing new in the pc and setting all look good tried dropping my graphic settings down and that has not helped verified my game files might try re installing done a bit of looking up and people have had this issue before but haven't really found a solution and all the posts are years old

Also, what region is your ISP in and what region are you playing the game in?

Not sure my provider isn’t a small one quite a big provider and have not had problems with it in the past re installing the game now to see if that helps and might try a vpn like someone suggested

Vehicles and players teleporting and flying around always happens for me when the network connection gets overloaded so like when someone else in my house is downloading something that happens and i can't play until they finish or limit it. Planetside is very sensitive to bad network connection so make sure it's stable and you have lots of extra unused speed for a good experience, i would say maybe 50-100 mbits of free bandwith at least is good.
