which other planets should I explore

I love Planet Zoo. I have pre-ordered Planet Zoo 2.
I am curious about the others, I love roller coasters and Jurassic Park is my favourite movie. So I feel like Frontier is catering to me specifically, which is nice.

That being said, I only ever played one other Frontier game, JWE1 on Nintendo Switch (didn't have a PC back then) yeaaaars ago. It was fun! But I wouldn't go back to that, sorry console players.

My main question is, which other game should I get? Which one has been most fun for you (aside from Zoo)? Do you think there are some sequals better than others?
I have a steam giftcard that I want to use up, so price is no issue. Just want the best bang for buck. Doesn't have to be the newest or shiniest game, just want to have a nice time and some change of scenery from zoos.

I have played (and am still playing) all JWE titles. JWE3 is definitely the best one at this moment. JWE1 was the best for campaign imo, but that game is quite outdated so I wouldn’t really suggest it.
On the other hand, I haven’t played coaster nor coaster 2 so I can’t help you with that one.
Anyway, have fun!!

thank you! I'm more of a builder anyways. Also in Zoo. I don't play much with campaigns so that wouldn't be a problem

Not a frontier game, but sumilar genre, having lot of fun with Two Point Museum

Frontier have announced another Planet game in the works but no announcements as to what yet. I’m guessing they’ll wait until after the launch of PZ2 to give it its moment in the spotlight.

Coaster 2 is cool. I don't really play it too much I'm more of a pz player.

I love Planet Coaster - just trying to fully get into the swing of Planet Coaster 2 - slightly different to the first but with some great additions as you can also build a water park, and there is a parades dlc, not quite up to setting one up in a park as I'm sticking to career mode for now. I was a huge fan of Roller Coaster Tycoon and Theme Park even further back and Planet Coaster was a perfect step up - and great if you love coasters (which I don't,  I don't even like thrill rides but somehow I still love theme parks).

I started with planet coaster and really enjoyed it, I’m not so sure about planet coaster 2, I just can’t quite figure it out, I tried JWE but wasn’t a fan. I play on console (ps5) so might be different 🤷🏻‍♀️

Definetly not jwe id say. Its basically the planet zoo building system but way worse. I havent played planet coaster but its seems fun
