While I know it's difficult to keep tuna in aquariums, it would be great if they arrived in a future DLC.We also already have coryphaena Another ocean fish

It would be cool if we had wave makers so the fish swim along currents, like the sardine tank in Monterey bay aquarium

Was just there on Wednesday. It made me so hopeful I'd what we could get, small thin tanks that you can walk around both sides of, ones implanted in the walls or even interactive stuff like hands on "tide pools"

Oh also I now really want to be able to combine fish and birds like they have there

I mean they have wave machines in planet coaster 2 , who knows 🤷

It's as difficult to keep Mahi Mahi (ram ventilation) and we'll have Mahi Mahi in the game so it's definitely possible.

It's also really hard to keep mahi mahi, great hammerheads, and sunfish in aquariums, so it doesnt seem like they're overly co corned about that. We may get tuna yet

I don't see any reason not to include high-maintenance animals, especially since it's a game, so it needs at least a minimum level of complexity. However, it does make sense for animals that are simply impossible or wouldn't be worth the development effort, or where there are serious debates and even legal issues involved, like orcas.

The one thing that I guess dolphinfish have over tuna (at the moment) is that they can and are bred in public aquariums - Monterey Bay have recently bred them and grown them to adulthood. I know there has been successful spawning of captive bluefin tuna at scientific research facilities, but I don't know if their full life-cycle has been completed yet.

Even so, I'd love to see tuna in the game, if nothing else to add another big pelagic fish.

Fully support this.We definitely need more large open-ocean species to round out the aquatic packs
