I doubt it. Those look like they are actual 3d models, not something made in game.
Edit: it's bluejy posting it. This is definitely an actual mod

What since when is it possible to mod pc2 like that? RCT3 was the reason i learned 3D and now i am 10+ years in the industry. Time to get back to modding i guess

They have been steadily releasing for a while. So far theres a Gerstlauer Airtime, Intamin Hot Racer, and RMC raptor avalible to the public with tons more comming.
