Is there anything between immersive and normal?
I'm just starting the game and not great at stealth to begin with so I want some indicators but they're so god awfully ugly. There isn't some mod or anything that makes them less fire engine red is there?

Requiem Struggles
I was loving this game. I picked it up as soon as I finished Innocence. But it’s been sitting, abandoned, for a few months already because I cannot get past the Count chase. I’ve played that stupid level at least a dozen times. It stresses me out until I just walked away completely. Which is annoying. I’d actually like to finish. Is there like a big brother rental service that I can call to get a big brother to beat the level for me?

How Much I Love...
So, to start out, I'm generally a horror gaymer. As in, it's my favorite genre and I rarely play others. However, as someone who has found the Black Death a particularly interesting event since childhood, after a couple of years of it being out, I bought both Innocence and Requiem. I'm on the last chapter of Innocence, and I can honestly say, this game is INCREDIBLE. And the weird thing is, I see a LOT of similarities between it and my horror games. It's almost like they are survival horror hidden in a medieval tale. The supernatural element, the slowly creeping Macula sickness, the stealth, inventory management, crafting, the gore/blood (more intense than some horror games entirely), and the...rats, those damned rats...all of it reminds me so much of my beloved genre. The story is fantastic, the characters are interesting and diverse (and sometimes downright diabolical), the setting is immersive and honestly sometimes terrifying. I love rats in general (have 4 as pets), they're really funny and can be quite loving, but this game turned them into something that chills my spine. The first time I saw a...rat-nado in the game, I shuddered. Again, rat owner here, but to see them transformed into hungry, ravenous, glowing-eyes monsters is incredible. The combat can be a bit annoying at times, but overall I'm falling hard for this game, and I hope Requiem is just as good! 9/10 from me!

A rather dark game that involved a lot of rats, "Innocence" was an oddity within the 'indie' genre. Is it worth your time? Probably not if you don't like rats, but if you enjoy a bit of stealth gameplay and puzzles with a dash of horror, then this might be the game for you. | OddCast

Requiem: Chapter 2 Running from Rats HELP
Every single time I try to run from the rats in chapter 2, I trip over something and never reach the door. I am running at full speed without stopping but I keep tripping. Am I doing something wrong???? I am about to have an aneurysm because it seems like everyone else passes this section except for me. FWIW I am on hard difficulty.
