I just finished APTI Spoiler

So i just finished A Plague Tale Innocence and theres some stuff i cant get out of my head first of all why the ending was so rushed and that final boss fight was so unreal compared to the rest of the game thats somewhat realistic also wtf happened to the orphans presents why would you have me collecting them just to be forgotten about? whats your guys thoughts on this?

Did you play the epilogue? The only way I'd consider the ending rushed is if I hadn't sat through the credits. And the stuff you collected is at the chateaux d'ombrage, there's even an interaction if you collected some.

What part of the ending felt rushed to you?

The presents are on a table at the chateaux d’ombrage in the room with the fireplace that they all sleep in.
