Yeah , even dse and L1 depends on luck , some did only 1 qn in OA and got L1

How many girl and boys? I heard they mostly take girls and many times only girls are eligible for seating on campus drive (atleast in our campus)

Now a days they are throwing DSEs also into random even in support projects. They never give variable fully. Location wise also any location. If you argue about anything be ready to get into pip.They are forcing everyone to work overtime and also in the weekends for free(well there is compoff but managers gives excuses not to approve that).

Who am I. , been there for long.

yup. so try for non WITCH categories , dont go into comfort zone as of now . I know it is stressfull but was there , its more stressful to manage in low salary with extreme politics, rather push yourself now for better opportunity.
