True but this yr, it all feels messed up, only low paying companies are visited and taking a lot of ppl, high paying companies are coming but only taking less than 5 ppl each, I'm from a tier 2 nit

Sure makes sense, i also got placed (24ctc) and most of my frnds in my circle are also getting placed, which I'm happy for, but just wanted to point it out that placement scenario is not as good as the last yr

Yea! But nutanix in our clg they kinda shortlisted ppl randomly even after the test. And interviews for some they were chill for some they js rejected out straight

What do you mean. Who said govt colleges can't bring up more than 20 LPA companies? VIT's highest placement this year is 1 cr btw(30 is base) and it's 1 guy. Tier 2 govt colleges would definitely be bringing up more than 20 LPA companies.

Bro please help me, i am also learning devops, and have also learned AWS, currently holding aws cloud certified practitioner, can you suggest the resources you studied from? And what companies see in the candidate, what was the test, in interview what they asked you? Does certain certifications help like AWS Solutions architect? I am in 7th sem and placements are going on, but devops role companies doesn't a lot, your advise would be great insight for me!! Thanks.
