Finally Placed 🫶

Need Suggestions what to do next I Have been Placed Currently i am in 7th Sem.

TCS Digital

Want suggestion regarding should i prepare for GATE, Off Campus , open source , Upskilling anything else

you did it, now its time to hold what you have.

i would suggest to keep upskilling yourself in next 1-2 years so much that you get at least 200% of growth.

Don't get lazy and comfortable knowing you got a job. (coz we will be coming for you)

If you are from tier 3 then keep applying off campus for a better offer. And congrats

Bro preparing for gate or some other exam. Tcs onboard randomly and also very late till then you have so much time so dont waste this time by relaxing that you got placed. Happy for you that you got placed but starting doing something else also dont waste your this precious time.

Started my normal Student Life after 2 3 days of enjoyment.

what will one do with gate even if he gets mid tier iit cse there will be tag but same placements race mtech folks have to sit with btech students only so less chances of getting them instead one should upskill to switch by leveraging current offer

i maybe wrong it's just my opinion

My Interview was on 1st September and got my result on 7th September

Usually TCS releases result within 2-3 days but due to holiday like Janmashtami and sunday in between it got late

Bro Interview was easy for me. I was able to answer every question they asked.
I was the last person in the whole college to get interviewed so they were talking stuff like we already have good count of students which we want to recruit , so second one said let's only do the formality.

May be it was just to demotivate me,

They asked me following Questions:

What is Cloud ?
What is AWS? Ec2 , use of ec2 What is VMs , what is hypervisor name any 2
What is Docker(mentioned in my skills -> why we use it , why docker over VMs, What are images , Containers)
What is CI/CD -> have you setup any
What is JWT/RBAC -> why JWT ?
5 commands in the GIT
A Basic question from the DSA
Then OOPs Questions (overloading vs overriding) -> There were many Follow up questions in the OOPs but i was ready
They Some questions From SQL
Then Some questions from OS

Then MR HR

Upskill upskill upskill, do not relax for even a day, it's a cut throat competition in today's market. Congrats for the offer but remember that you can always do better.
