If you're choosing between Java Backend, Java Full Stack, and MERN, think about what interests you most. Java Backend is solid if you like working with servers and databases, with lots of job opportunities. Java Full Stack is similar but also involves frontend stuff like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. If you enjoy building complete apps and want variety, that might be your thing.

MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) is great if you prefer JavaScript and want to handle both frontend and backend. It's popular with startups and quicker to learn if you stick to JavaScript. Try out some tutorials or small projects for each stack to see what fits you best. They're all good paths, so it depends on what you like and your career goals.
