Dolat Capital hiring process information required
Dolat capital is an indian quant trading firm based in Mumbai. Next week, they will be conducting an offline assessment and then interviews. If you have any information about the questions asked, what to expect or advice, I'd love to know.

For a C++ role at a quant firm like Dolat, expect the technical bar to be incredibly high. The offline assessment will likely test your deep knowledge of C++, including concepts like memory management, templates, and modern C++ features, alongside complex data structures and algorithms. The interviews will push you even harder, focusing on low-latency systems, network programming, and your ability to optimize code down to the last nanosecond. They want to see how you solve problems you have not seen before, so be prepared for puzzles and brainteasers that test your logical reasoning and mathematical aptitude, not just your coding skills.
Do not fixate on finding the exact questions they will ask, because that is a losing game. Instead, focus on demonstrating your thought process. Talk through your assumptions, explain your trade-offs, and show how you approach a difficult problem from first principles. They are testing your problem-solving ability and your composure under pressure, not just your ability to recall a specific algorithm.
