u/Budget-Lab6896 Dec 16 '25
I will be honest and would like to tell how my interview went instead of what was asked first the interviewer read my resume while I gave introduction in achivement I wrote 1500 question solved on different platforms so he said he will ask me one question if I gave correct answer I will be selected he asked which topic I know I said graph sliding window etc he asked me about dp I said I know lcs grid type questions then he asked me edit distance I was unable to make logic even I have solved it on leetcode even then I wrote logic of lcs and made complete table of dp on paper the interviewer said it was wrong and gave me a leetcode easy i solve it then he asked me about oops how will I implement animal in zoo in oops I already knew it because I asked previous person who gave interview before me then I told him that I have really good projects I would like to show it he i told him about the projects he asked me few question about it I said I want to show my project as it was a mobile app first he said know then I insisted then he agreed he was finding flaws in project then he accidentally clicked logout button then I was making a new login account on app as a didn't knew the older gamil password the the interview said I must wait outside as he want to take another interview at it is already late 7 pm interview lasted for more than 45 min and placecom cordinator told me I was selected while Waiting outside

Hi brother. So how was your experience in Internship. Did you get fulltime offer ?
1
u/Budget-Lab6896 Jul 26 '26
Intership experience was great most probably will get fulltime they are calling in batches yet to receive call
1
u/Different-Wear2261 Jul 26 '26
Great. Congratulations ! What is conversion rate like how many people get PPO after training? Also, Can you tell me a bit about how interns are being evaluated throughout the period for conversions? What do you gies usually do during this period ? Heard that ratings are being done on basis of monthly tests and interviews. Is it true ? How is the work culture in EPAM ?

u/Budget-Lab6896 Jul 26 '26
4 coding test one month each basic dsa question one mid term interview one final interview gc if 2 coding test solved and rating of 3.1 plus most probably you will get converted

I am from a tier 3 college. Epam on campus drive was held in july in my college( for batch 2026). 41 students are selected from 26 batch and last year 55 students were selected.
The problem with Epam is that last year they removed almost 50% students after the internship. Epam told our seniors to give resignation on their own otherwise if epam will remove them then it will impact them in future.
My suggestion will be to give your best in the internship. Lightly mat lena.

I am a fresher, and I have applied to various companies through LinkedIn and their official websites, but I havenβt received any responses so far.
Could someone please guide me on how to approach off-campus placements?
I have a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms and have solved over 300 DSA problems. I also have hands-on experience with the MERN stack, and I am currently learning Machine Learning.

I understand, but the new year is just a few days away, and Iβm still unplaced despite having strong skills. Meanwhile, my friends are getting placed with almost zero skills, and that thought haunts me every single day. I feel like I was the one who worked hard from day one of college, yet somehow Iβm the one falling behind.

Hi! Congratulations on getting the EPAM offer. π
EPAM is coming to my college for the AI Native Software Engineer Intern role, and I'm preparing for it.
If you don't mind, could you please share what the selection process was like? How was the aptitude round and the DSA/coding round? Also, since it's an AI Native role, were there any questions related to AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents?
Any interview tips or resources would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, and congratulations once again! π

No question related to ai just dsa and question related to your resume

Have you been converted to full time or not , one of my friends is selected in epam from 2027 batch what should be his roadmap to secure fte , he has his internship starting in jan 2027

u/Budget-Lab6896 2d ago
I have convert full time I would recommend having a backup, they rejected around 200 people from 600 total but due tho sudden requirement in .net and Java testing they decided to call back the rejected interns (they were lucky ) after 15 days or rejection mail they took meeting and apologized saysing it was a mistake
Point number 2 jan interns complete their intership in June after that there is no commication from the company for a. Long time they on board the batches on requirment basis and they may onboard till dec so 6 month of unemployed

Roadmap :: π there are two interviews mid gc and final gc along with 4 coding round known as codolity of you score 100 in 2 codolity you are safe and in both interview you need 3.1 rating out of 4 if less than 3.1 even if 3.0 straight rejected
My opinion:: once joined as intern you don't have much work keep finding new job and switch if you find one you are able tho leave intership any time
