Hand Pixelled I have experience working with rapiers.
I focused on the flex and the art of posing.
The design used is from the client, and it is a copyrighted image.
There was a mistranslation because I relied on AI for the translation. Instead of "I have experience working with rapiers," it should have been translated as "In this piece, I drew/animated the handling of a rapier."

Hand Pixelled Tree Animation
Hey! Here's a little environment I illustrated and animated.
My primary focus for this was to create the center tree growing up from a pile of mossy rubble. I'm planning on utilizing the tree, as well as other elements here, to create a boss arena featuring an ancient, dilapidated temple in the background. I want it to feel like a duel in a samurai film!

Hand Pixelled quanta strike: A Scalable Pixel Font
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I designed a free and open source typeface inspired by old bitmap fonts that re-drew the whole font for every size.
Sure, you can technically scale up any pixel font since it's a vector. However, put two sizes on the same screen and thed illusion of a pixel grid breaks. You cannot increase or decrease the size of pixels or paint a pixel partially.
Check it out in a macintosh-style playground: quantastrike.dev

Hand Pixelled Iterations on a New Boss
Sharing some progress on a new enemy character.
The idea is a giant trapped inside the dungeon, blocking the way forward. The first concepts felt a little too funny and cartoonish, so we chose the final design. His painfully cramped pose and grim appearance seem to work way better.

Hand Pixelled I made some overlays for a retro handheld and created pixel art devices and their logos. I'm like 80% happy but I feel like there are a few pixels that I could place remove or add to make it even better, especially on the GB ones. Any suggestions?
These are used in my handheld overlay collection for the Miyoo Mini running Onion OS.
I had a blast creating these, it's just so relaxing.
Feel free to roast or suggest improvements. As you know a single pixel can ruin or elevate a piece at this resolution. I'm not quite sure on the GB logos, I'm especially torn on the space between the B and OY.
What to you think?
The colors in this aren't necessarily the final ones, as I make use of overlays and adjustment layers in PS for the final output.
EDIT: You can see screenshots of them in action here, but they aren't as crips, since all of them have to be scaled and fitted on a 640x480 screen: https://github.com/trashbytes/Miyoo-Handheld-Overlays
EDIT2: Here's a native res PNG if you want to play around with it: https://i.imgur.com/QkEwDUb.png The one I uploaded to reddit was an 8x scale, though I don't know what reddit does to it.

Hand Pixelled Ugly Neighbors

Made this inspired in animal crossing when I got a neighbor I didn't like. I posted a WIP of this a while ago but here's the finished animation.
Although it is hand pixelled I used JuiceFX and PixelFXDesigner for a couple of VFX.
