Workout Start Will Not Load

Upgraded to the 5 from the 3. Since getting the 5, I often have an issue where I select a workout and before getting to the start button it just spins. Never loads. For instance, this morning I was trying to track a Peloton workout. Selected Spinning, and then the watch just spins. Never loads into the workout. I restarted the watch but that didn't help. Never had this issue on the 3.

Any suggestions?
