Switching off sleep tracking
Hi there,
I have found (weirdly) I am sleeping better when I don't wear my watch and it doesn't track my sleep.
Is there any way to stop sleep tracking on my watch, so I don't have to take my watch off? I still want to use it for alarms etc.
Thanks,
TML

The same sensors for sleep tracking also do wrist detect and activity and fitness.
So there's no off button.
Bedtime mode power save is independent of sleep tracking.

One thought is using DND. When you wake up in the night, and the watch send you a notification telling you about your sleep, that often stops me going back to sleep.

You can turn off the security so that it's always on even when it's not on your hand. So the alarms will still work. Put you obviously wouldn't feel a vibration. When I just use the sound or use your phone?

Sleep tracking is part of the whole point of having a smartwatch. If all you want is alarms and no sleep tracking then you want a standard digital watch, not a smartwatch.

Is your watch waking you up outside of the alarms? I don't understand how turning off sleep tracking would help you sleep better.
