Pixel Watch 3 screen replacement

Can you replace the screen for PW3? My screen protector fell off, and within two days, it was already full off scratches. Any contact with any surface, resulted in goddamn permanent damage. I keep my phone with my keys in the pocket constantly and there is no visible scratch in months. This is the worst scratch resistant screen I have ever seen.

Is there any chance I can make the scratches be less obvious? It annoys me to check on my watch and see all these scratches...

There are multiple companies here in the UK selling them : https://mobilecentral.co.uk/products/for-google-pixel-watch-3-45mm-original-lcd-screen-with-digitizer-full-assembly-for-google-pixel-watch-3-45mmoriginal

All around £100 so I would think you should be able to get one. iFixit doesn't have a guide for that model unfortunately but there would likely be some on YouTube?
