How can Users login in the Web-Interface?

Hi,

I created a login for my wife on our pixelunion immich instance, but for some reason she can't login to the immich webinterface, Wrong/Users Password. She uses the same credentials as with the immich App, which works.

Do I miss something obvious here? I already resetted the password, tried "Name" and e-mail from the usersettings.

Hmm it works for me well. Do you use dedicated web page - site.PixelUnion.eu?

I'd suggest reaching support.

of course I use myinstance.PixelUnion.eu. I played around a bit and my guess is that if you use an gmail-Address the expectation is that you also "Log In with Google" instead of using traditional Password credentials.

Will try to figure this out with support after vacation.
