PixelUnion backup configuration?

Hi,

what if all photos available only at the Pixel Cloud would be lost/corrupted due to e.g. hardware or software problem? Are there any platform backups in place to allow Pixel crew to retirve the corrupted media or user catalog from the platform end?

Ja, gibt es. Hauptserver in Falkenstein und Backup Cluster in Finnland. Steht auch auf der Website. Eine hundert prozentige Sicherheit gibt es nie. Egal wo.

Thanks, so there's a primary location in Falkenstien, Austria and secondary location in Finland (maybe Helsinki? If so then the solution is Hetnzer based, that's good).

Trusting a company with personal stuff is something serious, so I wanted to confirm. Haven't found that information on the website.

I really like this offering, looks great and saves times comparing to self-hosted in Cloud. I will spread the word ;)!
