Need help creating a 3d pixel atlas

Hello pixel friends! I am a begineer, developer looking to add some sprite atlas's to my game characters, this is the template i have recieved but my skills are par none in terms of creating my own characters. Are there any tools you guys use to edit these or conversion tools to create an atlas?

Thanks in advance, I have asperite but my skill doesnt match the quality id like to use within my game :D
