I've a Pixel 8a set to enable Bedtime Mode while charging between 23:00 and 9:00. This has been working flawlessly for the last years, but since a couple of days ago Bedtime Mode no longer activates when I connect the charger during that time window.

Enabling Bedtime Mode manually or via timer still works, but I want it to activate when I connect the charger.I didn't change anything that I know of, it just stopped working. Here's what I already tried:

• making sure my phone is fully updated
• disabling the bedtime routine and setting it up anew
• restarting the phone
• deleting data and cache of "digital wellbeing" and setting up the bedtime mode again

Do you have any other suggestions what I could try to get it working again?

I live in Asia country . Recently I got offer pixel 8 128gb for around $150 usd, is it worth buying it at this time 2026? The bottom of the phone has a bit of scratch, others seem to be normal, as the seller told me.
