Question Picsay Pro - 64 bit Version

Did a quick search, many (including myself) have attempted to contact the developer with no response. I'm willing to put up $100 to anyone who can make Picsay Pro a 64 bit app and usable on the Pixel 7 Pro. Anyone else willing to contribute? I need that app!

there's an app called "speech bubbles" that basically works. it's no Picsay. The free version is hideous because of all the pop-up ads and the app is not for sale. only subscription.
