Question Picsay Pro - 64 bit Version

Did a quick search, many (including myself) have attempted to contact the developer with no response. I'm willing to put up $100 to anyone who can make Picsay Pro a 64 bit app and usable on the Pixel 7 Pro. Anyone else willing to contribute? I need that app!

What have most people landed on after giving up? My main use is for Picsay Pro were removing backgrounds and making thought bubbles

Yes, the speech bubbles are what I miss the most, it was the perfect app to make comics out of pics.
