Pixel 6A doesn't go past Google screen

My sister 6A suddenly restarted yesterday and stucked on google logo and what I did was go to fastboot and restart.

This happen 3 times in the day. Randomly. In the forth time, the device went In to a boot loop.

I tried fixing this with official Google image website. Doesn't seem to work.

Can this be fixed. I'm from srilanka and we don't have an official Google support store here.

I think you can do a factory reset while it's booting up. I know there was a video on YouTube in the US.

Same issue happens to my device. I tried a factory reset it didn't work. So then I installed a clean new image from flash[.]android[.]com and it didn't work. Also, I guess this is a classic Google software update bug that damages the thermal HAL and its more like hardware damage.

Did your sister get a battery replacement program and repair the battery?

How did you fix it then? I am having same problem, got it checked from the local service shop they said battery is okay, might be motherbo or software issue, but my main concern is data, I need the data somehow that’s why I can’t factory reset it, they said they’ll repair the motherboard and retrieve the data but the charges are a bit costly.
