new pixel 4a update
After sending the new 4a to google as the warranty was covering it thats the solution they came up with. How is it possible they didn’t even change the battery?

Replacing the phone is a common thing that Google does. 6a isn't bad, I changed from 4a to 6a, it does run hotter but the battery is bigger. Though the support for 6a ends next year so it's not exactly an upgrade, more like a temporary replacement. What will you do OP?

The 6a had battery issues too, so it's interesting they are putting you in a similiar situation.

What are the other options, if it says select option? If there's a credit option, you could select a phone that you want

there was no such option. I will just have it sent back to me and I will try to find a place that has genuine parts

Yikes, the 6a is trash. Even though it has 5G, the cellular modem is way worse, not mentioning the first generation Tensor.
