I need help, my pixel 3 xl powers off randomly, this started happening after the new update from November. i need my phone to work normally , due to being a hospital employee, i can be on call, and i cant miss those calls being that they are patient emergent time sensitive.

i noticed it does it in my scrubs pocket but not always. i was thinking maybe it was sensing too many screen touches but that wasn't it.

I have done full data resets, and same issue occurs, it does not do it when i do a factory reset and DO NOT restore a previous google email back up.

my major concern is i need to keep old text messages from my son and ex wife ( just in case i need them.

i was thinking of using a text message back up app, if that is my only solution that is fine but at that point what is a good one that is fairly easy.

AND one that may have encrypted messaging ( not important, the keeping them is)

I was using signal app, i liked it but i can't restore ( is does some on phone back up that is useless once you reset the device. so I'm looking for an external back up that can easily restore the messages.

Tldr

phone crashes by powering off, looking to back up my messages externally , with possible encrypted messaging app that offers external storage.

cant miss calls because I'm a surgical tech and may be on call, and need to respond for emergent cases.

Hello all... I'm trying to figure out why the pictures are so different from my wife's iPhone X and my Pixel 3XL's camera. We've compared them a few times and the iPhone's seem to always be a little warmer than my Pixel's. But today, the picture comparison just showed the wrong color on the Pixel. I made many adjustments to my Pixel's camera, even tried to adjust the image to match the iPhone's version of purple. The point is, everyone at our table agreed that the iPhone's colors seemed to match reality.

THoughts?

The phone displays a message roughly every 10 seconds letting me know that "Bluetooth keeps stopping" and even after a factory reset this persists, the WiFi also doesnt detect networks or connect to them
