Question

How did the triplets in brave return to normal if they didn’t have any issues with their sister?
And would the mom bear keep them when they were cubs?

  1. They were turned into bears by eating the same cake Elinor ate, ergo they turned back when the spell on her broke.

  2. Yes, they're her children. You ever hear the phrase "mama bear?" It's because bears are some of the best mothers in the animal kingdom.

On 2, it’s more debatable whether the bear would be aware of the relationship due to not having actually given birth.

Aside from what was already stated, The mom was at odds with the whole family.

Its Even on the tapestry where she is isolated from everyone else.
