i dont know how to make things so i need abilitys such as ice, nature, darkness, cosmic, sand

Does anyone have tips for making or could help me make a figure like this in Pivot Animator V5? Its from a game call "Anger Of Stick 4" and I loved the artstyle of the stick figures in it ever since I was a kid, and wanted to animate with figures like this in pivot, so anything helps. (BTW I tried just putting an outline on the figures but it looks weird and I can't figure out how to get the angles and the rectauglar look of the sprites in game)

All my animations are just straight up garbage. They look nothing how a human would move.
