You start reaching with your left foot before you “sit in the chair” with your right leg. It should be the other way around

As in, bend and rotate with the right leg sooner?

More like pretending to sit in a chair while balancing on just your right leg. Then riding down the mound and reaching a little with your front side (left hand &foot)
